Welcome
The Student Accounts Office is responsible for maintaining student account information, issuing tuition bills, receiving payments for tuition and fees, and collecting on delinquent accounts. We answer questions concerning:
- Tuition Bills
- Methods of Payment
- Residency
- Refund Processing
Our website contains most of the forms and information you need. Please call or visit our office if you need additional assistance.

Important Information
- Apply for financial aid as soon as possible; applications can take up to eight (8) weeks to process before your aid can be approved.
- Please pay your bill by the due date or risk being dropped from your classes.
- Financial Acknowledgment: By registering at Monroe Community College you acknowledge that your tuition and fees will be paid by the due date and that you are liable for any collection costs that may result in your failure to pay, including, without limitation, court costs and attorney fees. If you change your educational plans, you will notify the Office of Registration and Records in writing or officially drop your classes online via your myMCC account, and acknowledge that non-attendance in class will not relieve your financial responsibility. Your registration is also acknowledgment that it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with college policies and procedures, including the drop/add tuition refund schedule and NYS residency requirements.
